The blind is working in the wrong way

Check the correct installation of the glass unit in the frame (in/out sides) or the correct installation of the magnetic connector.

The slats are not closing when the blind reaches the bottom end limit

The blind is working in the wrong way

Check the polarity of the control unit’s power cables.

The blind stops when another blind reaches the bottom

Check that only one blind is connected to the corresponding exit channel of the control unit.

Check that the external cord mechanism is in the correct position and that the blind is feasible considering the thickness of the internal glass.
